At Sole To Soul Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Shoes

Place the unworn footwear back into its original brand box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the quality of the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
